Refurbed™ Beats Flex are part of the modern generation of earphones adapting to whatever you do. You can listen to music, make phone calls, or put them around your neck. Then they automatically switch to pause mode. At refurbed, Beats Flex are available in yellow. They feature a USB port that lets you easily connect them to a device of your choice. Premium (AA-Grading)
Premium Beats Flexs are visually identical to new, with no visible signs of wear or use. No scratches, scuffs, dents, or blemishes on the body or screen.
Excellent (A-Grading)
Excellent Beats Flexs have no dents, scratches or signs of wear visible from a distance of 30cm - neither on the body nor on the display.
Very Good (B-grading)
Very Good Beats Flexs may have minimal dents, scratches or wear on the body that can be seen from 30cm away. There may be micro-scratches on the display/screen, but these are not visible when the display is on.
Good (C-Grading)
Good Beats Flexs have visible signs of use such as scratches and/or dents on the body. There may be micro-scratches on the display/screen, but these are not visible when the display is switched on.
Premium (AA-Grading)

If you want to return your product for any reason, you can return it free of charge within 30 days. To do so, contact our partner directly via your refurbed account and let them know that you would like to exchange or return your device. You will receive a free return label from our partner by email or in your refurbed account. Alternatively, you can contact our refurbed customer service. We will be happy to help you and contact our partner.
We offer a minimum 12-month warranty on all refurbed Beats Flex. This covers all/any technical defects might occur during this period, and are not caused by your own fault.
