Whether you want a calm morning ride or a hard interval session, an indoor bike is one of the easiest ways to train at home. Refurbished exercise bikes from refurbed bring studio brands such as Technogym, Keiser and Stages within reach for up to 40% less than new. Each bike is refurbished by experts: tested, cleaned, repaired where needed and sold with a warranty.
Upright bikes feel like a regular road position. Indoor cycling bikes, like the Stages SC3 or Keiser M3, are made for standing climbs and sprints. Recumbent bikes such as the Technogym Recline lines seat you in a supported, laid-back position.
Magnetic resistance is smooth and quiet, ideal for shared homes. Friction systems feel more traditional. Check the listing for the type used and whether you can adjust it easily during a ride.
Look for adjustable saddle height and handlebars so the bike fits you and anyone else who rides it. Good adjustment makes long sessions more comfortable.
Many indoor bikes take clip-in pedals or toe cages. Check what the listing says about pedals and any included console, so you know what to add yourself.
Each listing describes the condition of the bike, and every item is checked by experts and comes with the min. 12-month warranty. Photos and descriptions show what to expect from the frame and seat.
Technogym leads the range with models such as Excite Bike, Artis Bike, Skillbike, Ride and Group Cycle Connect. Keiser’s M3 is a favourite in cycling studios, while Stages SC3 is another well-known indoor bike. Italian Design offers home-friendly options like Ultrasport and Megasport cycle bikes, plus a pro indoor spinning bike.
Refurbished exercise bikes can be up to 40% cheaper than new, so you can aim for a higher-level machine on the same budget. They are also more sustainable vs new, since an existing bike gets a second life and fewer new ones need to be produced.
Second-hand bikes from private sellers rarely include a warranty or a tested condition, and it is hard to know how they were used. A refurbished bike is checked by experts, covered by a min. 12-month warranty and comes with a free 30-day trial.

A used bike is tested, cleaned and repaired where needed by experts, then sold with a warranty.
Browse the refurbished exercise bikes above and compare upright, indoor cycling and recumbent models. The right ride is probably already on the list.
